THAT’S A MOLE 2014

Here’s my Mole selected from the contest That’s a Mole 2014 Edition!

The inspiration comes from the drawings made by Alessandro Antonelli (architect of the Mole Antonelliana, symbol of Turin). It comes especially  from the construction drawings of the architectural tradition of the past, where even the workers were represented while building new, magnificent buildings. Everything seen in a summer sunset light, when the shadows are long and the sun orange.

To see the other 24 illustrations selected from over 1900 designs sent from more than 30 countries, take a look at the site of That’s a Mole!

For those who are in Turin, from 20 June to 20 July 2014, the illustrations will be exposed in via Montebello, near the Mole (the real one!).
